Everything you expect from an old-world delicatessen

Many years ago, we added a deli to our original Meat Market in Sparks. It has become locally famous for a fine selection of meats, cheeses, handmade salads, and easy dinners to go. It was natural to expand on the theme with Butcher Boy Prime, which has all of the same great products with a little more variety.

Both of our delis carry the best — Boar's Head brand meats. For those in the know, Boar's Head offers premium flavor, texture, and nutrition that many of the big store brands don't have. We were the first to carry Boar's Head in the area and offer a great selection of items at both stores.

A full line from Columbus Salame Company is available for all the old-world, natural casing snacks. Our customers from the Bay Area know the name well and are happy to get a little piece of home here in Nevada.

We also take great pride in a selection of fine cheeses from around the world. French brie, Italian Parmesan, blue cheeses from all over the U.S., and many more are available in wheels or cut. Of course, there is a selection of crackers, tapenades, spreads, and more to complete the cheese lover's experience.
