Hunters all over Northern Nevada and California have trusted Butcher Boy for years to process their wild game. In addition to the basic cut and wrap service, we offer sausages, snack sticks, jerky, and our famous salami.

When your animal is dropped off with us, it gets tagged and assigned a unique number to ensure that you get back your exact animal. All we ask is that you bring us a nice clean animal to start with and we will take care of the rest.

And don't think that we only do venison and elk! Anything you can hunt will be handled with expert hands, from game birds for smoking to that once-in-a-lifetime sheep or buffalo.
