Fresh meats

Fresh beef, pork, lamb, poultry, and game meats are available every day. We offer only CHOICE and PRIME grades of beef that come from free range, naturally grain-fed cattle. With beautiful marbling and a nice, rich red flesh, you can see the difference right away.

We have fresh, all-natural pork raised to have just enough marbling so it always cooks up tender and juicy. We have pork delivered up to five days per week so you know it is always fresh.

Free-range Rocky brand chickens are brought in whole and cut on site to ensure the freshest chicken available.

Locally raised lamb from the open range is a big favorite. Since we buy them whole, you can get any cut, from racks to shanks, fresh everyday.

We offer a selection of fresh game meats, including buffalo, elk, and venison, on a regular basis. Check out the game page for more info on our entire selection.

Marinated and ready to cook

Our line of Mr. Meat's signature marinades make a memorable dinner quick and easy. Burgundy Pepper and Black Rock Tri Tips are the area's favorite.
