We get most of our seafood directly from the fisheries and docks to skip the middle man. This allows us to sell seafood as little as three days out of the water. An example — we order scallops early on Tuesday, and they are flown out and are at our door by Thursday morning. No trips around town in the back of a truck — just seafood that's caught, iced, and flown into Reno.
